B2B Policy

We welcome boutiques, retailers, and business owners to partner with us through our B2B (Business-to-Business) Program. Please review the policy below to understand the process and terms of becoming a registered B2B customer with us.


1. Registration & Verification


To become a B2B customer:

• Create an account on our website using the standard sign-up process.

• After registration, contact our team via Phone call at 9239081551, e-mail at ramshyamcollection@gmail.com, WhatsApp at 9239081551 to initiate B2B verification.

• Provide either of the following for verification:

• Your valid GST number, or

• A short video or photos of your store/boutique displaying your business name and setup.

• Additionally, share your store name, business address, and contact details for records.


Our team will review your information and approve your B2B account within 2–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email or message once approved.


2. Access to Wholesale Prices


Once approved, your account will automatically gain access to:

• Exclusive wholesale pricing visible directly on our website.

• Discounted rates available only for verified B2B customers.


3. Minimum Order Requirement

• A minimum purchase of 3 products is required per B2B order.

• All B2B orders are processed based on availability and bulk pricing guidelines.


4. Payment & Shipping

• Payments must be made in full before dispatch.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated based on order volume and destination.


5. Additional Terms

• B2B discounts cannot be combined with retail offers or coupon codes.

• We reserve the right to revoke B2B privileges if fraudulent information is provided or misuse of the account is detected.
